Oh, March!
What memories I have of you!
I had high hopes for this year, too.
But, alas, it’s not to be;
This year you’re taken by COVID-19.
I love your blossoming trees,
Your sun, your rain, your buzzing bees.
The world emerging from winter sleep,
Now six feet apart must keep.
Oh, March!
Despite the fear, stress, and grief
That made your time this year seem brief,
I got to see your beauty still.
And next year, promise! I’ll get my fill.
I hope that brought a little levity to your day…as I hope these photos from the month of March brighten your day!
